Ewelina Stamblewska-Urbaniak

Ewelina is a partner in charge of CRIDO’s transfer pricing (TP) team and valuation team. For over ten years now, she has been an expert in intra-group transactions planning, pricing of sales of goods and services (including financial and intangibles transactions), developing and implementation of transfer pricing policies, preparation and implementation of business restructurings, including evaluation of possible damages. The gamut of projects she has participated in includes, amongst others, advance pricing agreements, settlement of and advice on transfer pricing disputes, profit allocation to permanent establishments, transaction documentation, valuation of intellectual property, enterprises and their organized parts. Ewelina advises companies from key business sectors, including in particular, transportation, media, automotive, FMCG, energy, real estate, as well as financial intermediary and professional services sectors. Ewelina has been a distinguished TP expert. In recent years she has been named the top tax advisor in the transfer pricing category in various rankings, including rankings by Dziennik Gazeta Prawna and Rzeczpospolita dailies. In fact, Rzeczpospolita has been ranking her as the number one advisor since 2016. Her team also receives the top ranking positions — in recent years, six times in a row, it has received the Poland TP Firm of the Year, distinction given by the prestigious International Tax Review magazine. She has been present with the consulting industry since 2002, mainly working for the so-called Big Four firms. In 2014, she joined CRIDO as a partner responsible for the transfer pricing team, which currently has over 30 members. Ewelina is a licensed tax advisor and member of the ACCA. She also completed post-graduate studies at Warsaw School of Economics on the valuation methods of capital companies.
