CRIDO has moved its office to Generation Park Z in Warsaw. The company will now lease 4.3 thousand square meters of space on the top four floors in a modern office building near Rondo Daszyńskiego.
Starting from 1 June 2020, CRIDO’s new office address is ul. Towarowa 28 (Generation Park Z) in Warsaw. The choice of the site was driven by an attractive location and the building’s design which made it possible to create an office space intended to maximise employee comfort. Employees can now enjoy modern work and recreation areas, with a chillout room on each floor. Visitors to CRIDO will be entertained in a café-themed lounge on the 11th floor, near reception, where they can make themselves comfortable while waiting for meetings in a specially designed client area.
As a part of the information campaign, CRIDO has launched a 360-degree virtual tour of the new office, including interactive features (and the VR option). It’s an ideal opportunity for clients and business partners to have a look around the new office. It’s also today’s alternative to group gatherings, which have been made difficult by the current situation. Used alongside film#CridoRElocation, the tour is intended to be a virtual welcome addressed to CRIDO’s clients and business partners.
Generation Park Z is a part of an office complex located in the Warsaw district of Wola, at Rondo Daszyńskiego. The site is conveniently located for transport links including an underground station, tram and bus stops – all directly at Rondo Daszyńskiego. Navigation around the building is made easy thanks to Connected by Skanska, an integrated building management system which enables employees and visitors to get around the building using a smartphone instead of the traditional access badges and which serves as a virtual reception desk.
The building has dedicated facilities for cyclists and joggers, including a cycle park, showers and locker rooms. There is also a rooftop terrace, perched on the 13th floor, with lots of greenery and spectacular views of the area. The walkways to the patio and around the building are made of self-cleaning green concrete, which absorbs the toxic compounds in car fumes.
