Crido R&D method

One-Stop-Shop

Lessons learnt from cooperation with our Clients to-date and evaluation of their needs analysis have prompted us to structure our offer as a One-Stop-Shop, or a comprehensive approach to innovation development. For us, this means use of diverse and complementary tools whose integration forms a distinctive Crido R&D (CRD) method.

Thanks to our reliance on TRIZ, DFP, 6sigma, DFSS and LEAN, we are in a position to offer our Clients complementary tools which make it possible both to create ground-breaking technologies and optimize and successively improve the existing technical systems.

Algorithm

Our offer involves taking a pragmatic approach to innovation development. This approach requires application of a systematized, algorithm-based treatment which we have borrowed from the TRIZ method.

Design for Patentability (DFP)

In delivering innovation projects eligible for patent protection, we use a proprietary tool devised by Professor Sergei Ikovenko of MIT. The tool is a specialist method designed to develop innovations suitable for patent protection. Our team uses it also to test the efficacy of patent protection for our Clients and their competitors.
