We believe that, in order to boost growth, a modern company needs a pragmatic and professional approach to its R&D. To meet such expectations, we have created a team whose work is informed by professionalism, experience and cooperation. It recruits local and international experts who have an impressive track record in delivering projects for a wide a range of clients.

The core team is made up of methodological CRD experts who design the project framework with a view to ensuring that its technological deliverables meet the Client’s business needs. As a next step, the team works on the innovation applying the algorithm we have developed.

To ensure we employ the best resources, we build out our team by selecting tried and tested area-specific experts on a project-by-project basis.

We are practitioners. Our solutions are delivered in the form of technological demonstrators or prototypes which we develop in our own workshop and test in our own laboratory.

Thanks to such an approach, we are able to harness the best competences in the service of our projects and fully meet our Clients’ technological development needs, which fits in with the One-Stop Shop concept.

Core team

Our specialists have truly global credentials in developing new solutions, eliminating technological problems and improving production processes. Our core team is made up of level 3, 4 and 5 TRIZ specialists, including world-renowned Professor Sergei Ikovenko of MIT and dr Sergey Yatsunenko of the Institute of Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences, who set global trends in innovative tools development as members of the board of the international organization MA TRIZ, which brings together innovation experts from around the world.

On a day-to-day basis, our team also employs technology analysts and workshop and laboratory technicians. They support the experts creating and testing tools, demonstrators and prototypes.

Patent clarity

We know that good solutions need protecting. We respect intellectual property rights too. That is why we are fully alert to any possible breaches of IP rights with regard to the solutions we develop. In the course of their development, we test to make sure our solutions are not in breach of other IP owner rights. Upon completion, we support our clients by drafting a patent application or rolling out a whole strategy of patent protection involving multiple patent applications.

In providing our support, we use the Design For Patentability methodology and CRD proprietary tools.

Our credentials are attested to by our partner status to the Patent Office and regular cooperation with leading patent attorneys.
