For the third time running, the Eurobuild Awards statuette for the best tax and financial advisor firm serving the construction sector was handed to Paweł Toński and Mateusz Stańczyk, leaders of the CRIDO Real Estate tax team. The awards were presented during the gala Eurobuild Awards ceremony which has long become a fixture in the construction sector calendar, attracting the sector’s market leaders. Once again, construction market representatives recognized the CRIDO team’s professionalism and commitment in supporting companies operating in the real estate market.
This year’s tenth anniversary edition of the Eurobuild Awards saw awards handed out in 25 categories. Members of the jury, recruiting from representatives of the construction sector, nominated companies and projects which had the greatest impact on the Polish real estate market in 2019.
We have been providing tax advice to our real estate clients for well over ten years. Our assistance involves tracking day-to-day changes in tax legislation which may affect companies operating in the real estate market. We seek to have a complete understanding of our clients’ business and the relevant market trends, in which we are aided by, among other things, information shared with the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (Polska Izba Nieruchomości Komercyjnych (PINK)). We are happy that our expertise, and the hard work and commitment of our team were recognized once more by over 30 jurors – representatives of the construction sector. The winners were announced and the awards were handed out on 3 December 2019 during a gala ceremony in Warsaw.
