CRIDO Legal advised Avenger Flight Group entering the Polish market and establishing a joint venture with Enter Air. The joint venture will be the operating in aviation sector.

Avenger Flight Group was founded in 2012 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with the objective of providing affordable training solutions to airlines in constant growth. Through its, boutique-style, low-cost model, and high degree of agility; AFG has become the biggest privately-owned training organization in the Americas. With 10, owned and operated, training centers in 6 different countries, AFG offers Full Flight Simulator (FFS) training to a vast variety of airlines ranging from Ultra Low-Cost carriers to major airlines in USA, Mexico, Latin America and Europe. CRIDO Legal was involved in this transaction from its beginning, namely from the negotiations on the terms and conditions, through the phase of structuring the joint venture, as well as preparing and negotiating the transaction documentation, to the close of the transaction and financing.
