Mateusz Baran

Mateusz is CRIDO’s partner in charge of a team of over a dozen lawyers dealing with the corporate law practice. He focuses on a wide range of issues, with a particular highlight on complex reorganisation processes, succession, private client and family business consulting, and M&A transactions. His team took point on one of the biggest intergenerational transfer projects in Poland, involving the reorganisation of an enterprise with different business profiles following the owner’s death. Mateusz often collaborates with foreign consultants, efficiently implementing innovative cross-border projects (including one of the first cross-border mergers in Poland).
