For the fourth time in a row now, the Eurobuild Awards statuette for best tax and financial advisors has been presented to CRIDO’s Real Estate team, led by Paweł Toński and Mateusz Stańczyk. The awards were revealed during a gala Eurobuild Awards ceremony, which, after a year’s break, has brought together the most prominent representatives of the real estate market in Poland. CRIDO’s team has again been commended for quality advice for companies in the real estate sector, professionalism and unceasing commitment to supporting entities operating in the real estate market, in particular in the unusual and very challenging period of the last dozen or so months.
This year’s edition of Eurobuild Awards saw titles going to entrants in as many as 25 rankings. As has been the case in previous editions, sectoral representatives who were members of the jury singled out for recognition professional firms and construction projects that have had a considerable impact on Poland’s real estate market.
The last twelve months have seen a lot of challenges and unexpected changes that affect all of us. Although we have been advising our real estate sector clients for a long time, in the year just past we’ve had to countenance on-going and far-reaching changes in the regulatory regime and a very active market, driven both by the pandemic and a dynamic growth of new market segments. We have sought to keep our clients up to date on the changes and explain their impact on the clients’ business as well as work out solutions that might mitigate their adverse effect and help make new investments despite the uncertain climate. We are glad that our involvement in various business initiatives and in particular our effective advice to our clients have been noted by the jury who are made up of sector representatives.
