Paweł Toński

Paweł is a Partner at CRIDO, responsible for developing strategic relationships, delivering key projects, and supporting clients in the real estate sector. He has over 20 years of experience in tax consulting, especially in the area of CIT, transactions, and restructuring. Among other things, Paweł consulted on the development of international and domestic investments and ownership structures. He took an active part in planning and negotiating dozens of asset acquisition, sale, and reorganisation transactions with a value of at least several hundred million euros each. For his achievements, Paweł received numerous awards in tax advisor rankings of Rzeczpospolita and Dziennik Gazeta Prawna in CIT, transaction consulting, and M&A categories. The real estate team he headed at CRIDO has won six consecutive Eurobuild Awards (2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022 and 2023) in the Best Financial and Tax Consultancy category for the real estate industry in Poland. As a respected expert, Paweł is frequently invited to speak at national and industry conferences, including ECE 2023, where he participated in the "Offices and Office Buildings" panel. He has also authored and co-authored many reports, articles, and expert commentaries on the real estate market. Furthermore, he is the co-founder and President of the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate.
