The CRIDO team participated as an M&A advisor to the GREEN WORLD FIZAN Fund in acquiring 100% of shares in IBC Service Recycling sp. z o.o.
CRIDO's interdisciplinary team was responsible for providing ongoing corporate finance consulting and support in tax and financial areas. It also prepared the financial due diligence of the acquired entity. “The team demonstrated commitment, diligence, competence, and a professional approach.
