Six individual distinctions for CRIDO experts and two for the entire tax team were awarded by the editors of Dziennik Gazeta Prawna in the 17th edition of the best and biggest Tax Firms and Advisors Ranking.
Ewelina Stamblewska-Urbaniak was ranked 1st in the Transfer Pricing Advisor category for the second consecutive year. As CRIDO’s partner, she heads one of the biggest transfer pricing teams in Poland and CRIDO’s valuation team. She has been specialising for many years in group settlement planning, valuation of goods and services transactions, and the development and implementation of transfer pricing policies.
The editors of DGP also awarded the 1st place to Jan Furtas in the Local Tax Advisor category for the second consecutive year. Jan Furtas is a partner in a 40-person tax and litigation team where he advises his clients in particular with respect to tax audits, tax inspections, and tax proceedings, as well as represents them at hearings before administrative courts.
Another CRIDO expert Daniel Panek was also awarded the 1st place in the Local Tax Advisor category. He specialises in tax and litigation issues, as well as real estate tax and VAT.
Adrian Stępień received two distinctions: 2nd place in the Tax Litigation category and 3rd place in the CIT Advisor category. Adrian Stępień is a tax advisor and manager with CRIDO’s Tax Litigation team.
In the CIT Advisor category, the 3rd place was also awarded to Tomasz Bartoszek, a partner with CRIDO’s CIT team. He has years of experience in such areas as CIT, international taxes, transactions, and corporate reorganizations.
Two distinctions awarded to the entire CRIDO tax team were received by Roman Namysłowski. The jury ranked CRIDO in the 1st place in the Tax Litigation Firm category and in the 3rd place in the Large Consulting Firms category.

In the methodology adopted by Dziennik Gazeta Prawna for the purposes of the ranking, the firms’ performance and achievements were the decisive factors, coupled with the successes of advisors in individual categories. The editors selected the best advisors in the following categories: VAT, excise tax, PIT, CIT, transfer pricing, international tax law, local taxes and fees, and litigation. The ultimate positions in this part of the ranking were decided by the jury whose members discussed and agreed on a common position.
