Sebastian is a Senior Associate with CRIDO’s White Collar Crime team. He is an attorney, a PhD in law, and a criminologist. He handles penal and fiscal and criminal cases in the areas of cybercrime, corporate crime, collective entity liability, and broadly understood economic crime. In the areas of criminal law and regulatory compliance, Sebastian works with companies and managers from such sectors as technology, telecommunications, real estate, and industry. Sebastian is also a research and teaching assistant professor at the Warsaw University of Technology, where he holds classes on, among others, cybercrime and legal and compliance risks in the engineering and management activity. He is the author of numerous academic publications, including the monograph Prawo do obrony podmiotu zbiorowego [The Right to Defence of a Collective Entity]. Sebastian received many distinctions for his academic activity, including one awarded by the Head of the Polish National Security Agency. He is a member of the International Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the Information Systems Security Association ISSA Poland.  Sebastian graduated from University of Białystok, where he obtained a PhD in Law, and University of Warsaw, where he was awarded a master's degree in Law and a master's degree in Criminology, as well as a bachelor's degree in Local Government and Regional Policies.
