Michał Klimowicz

Michał is an attorney-at-law who specializes in company law and commercial law. He deals with the day-to-day legal services for domestic and foreign entities. He participated in numerous projects related to the change in shareholding structures, the implementation of structures within groups, mergers and acquisitions, as well as restructuring and reorganizations conducted for both Polish and foreign investors. He actively participates in legislative processes related to the corporate law, and he acts for the benefit of entrepreneurs.. ​ In 2022, Michał was awarded as Rising Star in the Private Client category in the The Legal 500 EMEA ranking. In the same ranking, Michał has also received an individual recommendation many times in the following categories: Investment Funds, and Commercial, Corporate and M&A. ​ Michał was an attorney trainee at the District Bar Council in Warsaw and is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association. He graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. He also studied at the Faculty of Law at the Erasmus Universiteit in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. He joined the CRIDO Legal team in 2014. ​
