Jacek Tuśnio

Jacek is an attorney in the litigation team at CRIDO. He has more than 10 years of experience in resolving disputes between entrepreneurs. He conducts and advises on disputes at every stage: pre-trial, court and at the stage of enforcement of court decisions. He has represented clients in restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings. He also advised clients on litigation termination strategies prior to a planned group reorganization. He has handled dozens of disputes for some of Poland's largest financial institutions. He has also worked for entrepreneurs in many other industries, particularly in the construction, pharmaceutical and food/FMCG sectors. He gained experience in Warsaw law firms. He graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He completed his legal training at the District Bar Council in Warsaw. He was recognized three times as a Recommended Lawyer in the Legal 500 ranking in the Dispute Resolution category - in 2021, 2022 and 2023.
