Areas: Compliance

Agata is a Senior Associate at CRIDO. She is an attorney and a member of litigation team, where she handles cases in civil practice, including family practice, and administrative practice. She represents clients in proceedings before Polish courts as well as in disputes involving various jurisdictions. Agata has devoted almost her entire professional career to the practice of dispute resolution. She specialises in protecting the interests of private clients, both representing them in disputes concerning their businesses and providing support in overcoming private challenges related to protecting assets or family relationships (marriage, relations with children). Agata values her work with family businesses and often consults on disputes of a sensitive nature, including unfair competition or personal rights infringement. Clients appreciate her intuitive approach when emotions start to run high and tempers flare. Agata also consults freelancers and executives. She collaborates with entities in such sectors as hotel and tourism, retail, and manufacturing (processing, construction, and recycling). As practising mediator, Agata follows the principle of the subservient function of court proceedings and offers her support in negotiations if a solution can be successfully reached out-of-court. With this approach, she accomplished amicable solutions in the past, ranging from cases involving multi-million contractual claims, through parenting agreements, to divorce and property division settlements. Outside of CRIDO, Agata is involved pro-bono in cases involving children and young people. Apart from being an active member of the Children's Rights Section of the District Bar Association in Warsaw she also collaborates with NGOs.
