CRIDO consulted on the acquisition of Domczar (a prefabricated bathroom modules manufacturer) by the TEP Capital fund.

Thanks to Domczar, investors from all over Europe receive turnkey bathrooms on time, in the highest standard of execution and in many variations. Based in Kolno, Domczar is a manufacturer of prefabricated bathroom modules used in construction. The company exports over 90 percent of its production, primarily to Western Europe, where offering turnkey bathrooms is standard in many developments.
