Krzysztof Kluza

Krzysztof Kluza has more than 25 years of professional experience in finance, business consulting and management in both industry and the financial sector. He has also participated in numerous M&A and financial due diligence projects, as well as in the development and implementation of corporate strategies. He started his professional career at the Boston Consulting Group. Furthermore, he worked for more than five years in the strategic projects division at Citibank Handlowy. In the following years, he served, among others, as CFO and Vice President of the Management Board of Selena Capital Group, President of the Management Board of PIT RADWAR SA and President of the Management Board of PCO SA. As Bank Director at Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, he also led projects for enterprises, local governments, municipal companies and medical entities, as well as foreign trade financing transactions. He also supervised a number of government programs to support businesses. Krzysztof is a professor of finance at the Warsaw School of Economics. He teaches classes in change management and strategic project management, among others. He also holds an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting, CIMA. He is a member of the Council of the Institute of Microelectronics and Photonics - Lukasiewicz Research Network. In addition, he is the author of some 80 peer-reviewed publications on finance, banking, risk management, local government entities and sustainable business models and ESG issues.
