Jacek Działański

Jacek is a Project Manager at Crido's Business and Digital Advisory Team. He supports clients with in-house process optimisation and automation, controlling system development, and with the implementation and development of IT tools, including BI tools. Jacek has more than 20 years of professional experience, which he gained by working for the audit team of one of the Big Four, and as a head of controlling.  In the business world, he was responsible for management reporting, financial modelling, general supervision of the performance of a group of companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, optimisation of operations with regard to sales profitability, the cash conversion cycles and business costs, as well as the design, implementation and development of controlling tools. He has worked on IPO, due dilligence, M&A and spin-off projects, and projects involving the setting up of foreign subsidiaries as part of a business expansion operation in Central Europe, and on strategy formulation projects. Jacek is a fellow member of Association of Chat Certified Accountants (FCCA status). He has a degree from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
