Wojciech Rafał

Wojciech is a Manager at CRIDO’s business and digital consulting team. He heads projects aimed at improving internal processes in organisations and increasing control over business by introducing controlling tools that support informed and data-driven business decision-making. Wojciech has years of professional experience in the banking sector and in industry where for the last several years he has held managerial positions, including among others in the field of planning and management information as well as controlling. He actively participated in devising corporate strategies, including developing financial forecasts and projections. He created and implemented planning, monitoring, and assessing tools for sales effectiveness and production profitability. He also participated in developing procedures, e.g. in project management and purchasing.
