Anna Pęczyk-Tofel

Tax advisor and legal counsel. Anna specializes in tax and court proceedings. Anna represented clients in front of tax authorities and in administrative court proceedings in the field of income tax (a wide range of cases in the field of transfer pricing), VAT, excise, PCC and local taxes. She comprehensively supports taxpayers as part of preparation for control, representing them during the audit, as well as building strategies in the event of tax authorities' verification of past transactions / tax settlements. She has extensive experience in recovering withholding tax for many foreign investors. Anna is the author of numerous publications in the press, industry magazines and scientific articles. She started her professional career in 2004 in a Polish law firm, and then continued in the tax proceedings department in one of the so-called “Big Four” firm. Anna joined CRIDO in 2016.
