Justyna Jóźwiak

Justyna has extensive experience in the realization of transfer pricing projects, inter alia for clients from the construction, food, alcoholic beverages, chemical, automotive and cosmetics industry. ​​ She specializes in the valuation of intra-group transactions on the basis of transfer pricing regulations, preparation of transfer pricing policy, documenting intra-group flows (including preparation of defense file for service transactions), preparation of procedures for documenting intra-group transactions as well as in allocation of profits to permanent establishment. ​​ Throughout her professional career, Justyna has participated in projects related to Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) covering transactions such as: distribution activities, license of intangibles, business restructuring. Those projects included both bilateral and unilateral APAs and extension of the existing APA. In addition, Justyna was involved in projects regarding the Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP). ​
