1st for Roman Namysłowski in the "VAT" category,
2nd for Paweł Toński in the "Merger and take overs" category,
3rd for large subjects in "Best advisory company 2014”

This was the result of the 9th Tax Advisors and Companies Ranking by Gazeta Prawna, announced on 4 March 2015 during a gala event at the Polonia Hotel in Warsaw.

An award like this for a company is the result of team growth and their achievements in 2014, involving cases won in administrative courts and in front of tax authorities, positive interpretations obtained as well as the most significant business deals and consultancy for comprehensive restructuring activities.

For the first time in its 10-year history, Crido Taxand company experts also received two individual awards. Paweł Toński succeeded in the M&A category for, among other things, consultancy as part of a dozen or so business deals involving the largest commercial objects in Poland. In 2014 he participated in the most significant takeover and merger in the trade industry in Poland recently, as well as in several M&A business deals on the real estate market, each worth EUR 400-500 million.
In 2014 he planned and implemented the restructuring of several real estate portfolios with the use of FIZ, worth a total of EUR 1 billion.

Roman Namysłowski has also received awards for his client consultancy achievements and his efforts in the public field. He has advised on infrastructure purchase VAT settlements as part of the most significant business deal on the market in 2014. In the same year he also became a member of an expert group appointed by the European Commission. He was also an advisor for an indirect tax team, working with the Tax Law Advisory Board of the Minister of Finance. He was particularly engaged in projects intended to put an end to illegal practices related to obtaining VAT under false pretenses.
