In his professional career, he has successfully completed dozens of projects in the field of strategic consulting, merger of companies and organizational changes for companies from the production, construction, pharmaceutical, FMCG, telecommunications, financial, commercial, BPO / SSC, energy sectors and professional services. Rafał has been working in the training and consulting industry since 1999. Before joining CRIDO in 2014, he was associated with the largest training and consulting company in Poland House of Skills, where he was a partner, vice chairman of the board and was responsible for business development. He is the author of numerous training programs.
