CRIDO's interdisciplinary team of corporate finance and public aid specialists supported LEK-AM in obtaining financing to implement R&D projects.
Obtaining grant support and commercial financing will enable LEK-AM to carry out the planned R&D projects, which will translate into an increase in the company's innovativeness and the expansion of its offer with two new medicinal products for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and type 2 diabetes.
CRIDO's Corporate Finance team was responsible for preparing loan documentation for the purpose of obtaining bank financing and negotiating financing terms with the bank.
The Business and Innovation team supported the company in the preparation of application documentation for grant projects, and comprehensively supports LEK-AM during the project's execution phase.
Involved in the project on CRIDO's side were Artur Marszałkiewicz, managing partner, Aleksandra Małolepsza, senior associate, and Monika Olak, senior financial analyst from the Corporate Finance team, as well as a team of public aid specialists led by Michał Gwizda, managing partner in the Business and Innovation team.
