Zbigniew Jusis

He is an expert with over 25 years of experience in transactions carried out for the largest Polish companies and international capital groups operating in Poland. He specializes in building and implementing business growth strategies and leading advisory teams. Zbigniew has many years of experience in leading advisory teams in the Big Four companies. At EY, he held director and partner positions for 14 years – most recently as leader of 40 people in the Capital Transformation Team. At the company, he was responsible for creating new business lines and developing existing ones. These operated in various areas: valuations and financial modeling, financial analysis support for major law firms and their clients in arbitration and litigation disputes, transaction advisory for financial services clients, data analytics, financing acquisition, financial restructuring and infrastructure consulting. He also previously held directorships at Deloitte and analytics roles at Citi Handlowy Bank. He has extensive experience working with clients in various sectors, including TMT, financial institutions, infrastructure, industry, energy, chemicals, oil and gas. He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in Finance and Banking, and holds an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification and an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation in business valuation from the American Society of Appraisers. He is also a Certified Treasury Valuation Expert.
