Tomasz is a partner in the CIT team at CRIDO. He has over 10 years of experience in tax advisory, especially in the area of CIT, international taxes, transactions and corporate reorganization. In his professional practice, he has assisted in the implementation of CIT reliefs and exemptions, was responsible for tax reviews and advised on the implementation of business reorganization of various entities. He was responsible for domestic and international transactions and preparation of the structure of acquisition or exit from investments. Before he has joined CRIDO, he worked in one of the The Big Four advisory firm and led a tax advisory team in a law firm. He is a licensed tax advisor.
