Tomasz Artaszewicz-Zawisza

Tomasz is an attorney-at-law and Senior Associate with CRIDO Legal’s real estate practice. He advises his clients on real estate acquisitions, from due diligence, through drafting and negotiating transaction documents, to assistance in closing transactions. He also supports his clients in signing leases and the construction process. With its roots in Kraków law firms, Tomasz’s professional experience has been honed in real estate acquisitions during his employment as in-house lawyer for one of the biggest residential developers in Poland. He was responsible for closing property deals in Polish cities where the developers sought land to build multiunit residential projects, PRS schemes, and aparthotels. In his career to date, Tomasz has focused on projects that involved real estate law and construction law, including investment projects where he represented developers and natural persons in administrative proceedings, as well as in all stages of administrative and court proceedings. His duties also involved property title searches. Tomasz graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University. He completed Exchange Studies at Edith Cowan University in Perth, in the course of which he took half the classes taught in Master of Business Administration International programmes. He was admitted to the bar association in 2016.
