Sören Godniak

Sören is a licensed tax advisor specializing in corporate income tax, in particular in withholding tax and transaction-related issues.​​ He has advised clients from various industries in domestic and international transactions (including buy-side and sell-side due diligence, tax structuring, funds flow modelling, SPA modelling, transaction cost advisory, post-transaction integration) and supported clients from a multitude of business sectors with ongoing tax advisory.​​ He gained more than 10 years of professional experience in tax advisory at Crido and EY in Berlin, Warsaw and Prague. Sören studied at the universities in Berlin, Warsaw, Nice and Bayreuth and holds an M.Sc. degree in finance, accounting and taxation. ​​ Sören is a native speaker of German, fluent in Polish and English, and also speaks French at an advanced level.
