Piotr Folwarczny

Piotr is a partner at CRIDO responsible for advising in the area of tax reliefs and exemptions, in particular within the Polish Investment Zone (formerly SEZ). He has 12 years of experience as a tax advisor, and he has advises companies doing business or planning to do business under the Polish Investment Zone. His project portfolio includes numerous projects involving comprehensive assistance in applying for zone permits for business activity (over 100 permits to date), and day-to-day tax advice for companies currently operating in special economic zones. This covers assistance in income tax accounting and in applying for and managing public grants. Piotr has a degree in law, finance and accounting. Prior to joining CRIDO, Piotr worked in the tax advisory department at Deloitte. He has coauthored a reference guide to the Act on Corporate Income Tax published by Beck.
