Mateusz Jałkowski

Mateusz is a partner at CRIDO’s Transfer Pricing Team. He started working in tax advisory in 2010 and has been associated with CRIDO since the beginning of his career. Mateusz’s experience includes assistance in preparing and implementing business-oriented supply chain restructuring, management of the transfer pricing risk, valuation of the arm’s length charges with respect to sale of goods, services, financial transactions and intangibles, assistance in tax audits and court proceedings concerning TP matters, preparation of the TP documentation and defense files supporting the arm’s length conditions of the controlled transactions. He also took part in applying for APA. He advises domestic and foreign entities operating in various industries.
