Konrad Pyrz

Konrad specializes in M&A and financing structuring issues in projects implemented in the CEE region with international financial institutions, private equity funds and commercial banks. His competencies also include structuring financing to support M&A transactions and infrastructure projects implemented in a wide range of industries including renewable energy, ESCO, waste management, e-commerce and e-mobility. The total amount of Konrad's projects - across 18 different investment ventures in 6 countries in the CEE region - reaches €1 billion. Prior to joining CRIDO, Konrad Pyrz worked as a CFO and M&A Officer. He graduated from the Cracow University of Economics, earned an ACCA international financial qualification and an Executive MBA from the Warsaw University of Technology Business School.
