Justyna Solnica

Justyna is an attorney-at-law and specializes in corporate and commercial law. She provides day-to-day services to commercial law companies, including in the field of changes in the capital structure of companies, establishment and liquidation of companies, distribution of profits, financing and recapitalization of companies (including external and intra-group financing). Justyna advises Polish and foreign clients on domestic and cross-border reorganization projects (transformations, mergers, divisions) carried out in various jurisdictions. Justyna also provides services in the field of compliance as well as negotiating and giving opinions on civil law contracts. She also has experience in creating and liquidating structures with Polish closed-end investment funds. She has repeatedly participated in conducting due diligence analyzes of companies from various sectors (including the medical or IT industry) for the purposes of transactions, in particular dealing with corporate law, medical law, investment funds and labor law. Justyna graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. She is a member of the Bar Association in Warsaw. She joined the CRIDO Legal team in 2015. ​
