Jarosław Nowicki

Jarosław has over 15 years of professional experience. He participated in more than 100 M&A and financial due diligence projects and combines advisory experience with experience in business. Jarosław started his advisory career at Deloitte, where he performed dozens of audits (primarily in the manufacturing sector). Later, at KPMG, he participated in and led dozens of due diligence projects in sectors like manufacturing (incl. automotive), FMCG, media, energy, real estate and services. Jarosław has also worked in a boutique advisory firm and has run his own advisory business for several years. In business, Jarosław was the Finance Director at a Norwegian renewable energy firm TergoPower, and Financial Controller at Polish Energy Partners S.A. (capital group listed on WSE active in renewable energy and industrial energy outsourcing sectors). Jarosław graduated from the University of Economics in Poznań and has been a member of ACCA since 2010.
