Daniel specializes in tax and court proceedings, and deals with cases involving real estate tax (for both business clients and local government units) and value added tax (in particular in the area of the so-called VAT fraud). He has advised both businesses and local government units on issues related to real estate tax on energy infrastructure, gas infrastructure, silos, production plants and wind farms. In addition to his tax expertise, Daniel has detailed knowledge of construction-related issues. He has participated in a number of site inspections and visual inspections to determine the technical nature of the disputed tax items.
