Andrzej Dunikowski

Andrzej Dunikowski is an attorney-at-law and holds the position of a senior associate in the M&A team at Crido Legal. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions and company law, and advises Polish and foreign entrepreneurs on conducting business in Poland. He advises Polish and foreign entrepreneurs, supporting them in achieving ambitious goals. It helps both foreign entities to enter the Polish market, and supports Polish entities in their foreign expansion. He gained experience by advising on international and domestic mergers and acquisitions and assisting in the processes of restructuring companies. He provides comprehensive advice on M&A transactions on the private market, both for sellers and buyers, including cross-border projects. Andrzej has been gaining legal practice for over a decade. He is associated with the Crido Legal law firm since 2021, previously, for many years, he cooperated with the Domański Zakrzewski Palinka law firm. Andrzej was a trainee attorney at the District Bar Council in Warsaw. He graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, he is also a graduate of finance and accounting at the Warsaw School of Economics and holds a master's degree in finance, accounting and insurance from the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw. In addition, he studied political science at the University of Warsaw and, as part of a foreign scholarship in London, major in Business Studies at the University of East London. Andrzej is a co-author of publications in the field of company law.
