Aleksandra Czarnecka

Aleksandra Czarnecka is an attorney at law and holds the position of a senior associate in the M&A practice at Crido Legal. She advises clients on M&A transactions at all stages - from transaction structuring, through due diligence, preparing and negotiating transaction documentation, to acquisition closing and post-transaction support. She also dealt with legal services connected with restructuring processes of companies and, in the field of civil and commercial law, she supported clients in day-to-day operations of business entities.​ Aleksandra gained her professional experience while cooperating with other reputable Polish law firms, as well as in the legal department of a bank and a foundation. ​ In her transaction practice, she advised both the buying and selling parties, and worked on Polish and international transactions, both during the acquisition of shares and the acquisition of enterprises. She also dealt with legal services for company restructuring processes and, in the field of civil and commercial law, advised on the day-to-day operations of business entities. She also specializes in corporate law and contract law. Aleksandra graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration and European Studies at the Faculty of International Relations of the Jagiellonian University. She passed her attorney-at-law exam with honors, getting a top score in economic law and one of the highest in the Warsaw Chamber of Legal Advisers. As part of her pro bono activities, Aleksandra promotes legal education  in Warsaw schools. She is an author and co-author of a number of publications in company law and banking law.
