Adrian is an attorney-at-law who specializes in real estate law, an area in which he has gained extensive experience over the past several years. He advises on real estate transactions (asset and share deals) and participates in numerous due diligence studies of properties and companies. He also has extensive experience in negotiating leases on both the landlord and tenant sides. He prepares and negotiates various types of contracts, including leases for commercial, office, and warehouse space, taking into account, amongst others, so-called "green clauses". In addition to his transactional experience, he also assists clients in the investment process, as well as with issues of broad commercial and business law. In his professional practice, he also deals with ESG topics, taking an active role in shaping legal order in this area. He is the author of industry publications in the field of sustainability. Prior to joining Crido, Adrian gained experience in Polish law firms and in a financial sector company belonging to the capital group of Poland's largest bank. Adrian graduated from the University of Warsaw with a degree in law. He entered the list of attorneys-at-law in 2021.
