Adam specialises in every kind of procedure related to transfer pricing issues. He has spent most of his career in the public sector working for various institutions including the Ministry of Finance (Advance Pricing Agreement Unit). He has also been a member of the Competence Centre in the field of transfer pricing and tax optimisation, which involved operating within the structure of the Tax Control Office in Warsaw, and has participated in the work of the Ministry of Finance task force to control related entities. While working within state organizations he has participated in many negotiations with a view to concluding Advance Pricing Agreements and coordinated dozens of control procedures in the field of transfer pricing and tax optimisation. Moreover, he has been responsible for selecting entities to control from certain industries and regions of Poland and has conducted transfer pricing workshops within the Education Centre of the Ministry of Finance. ​​ Adam has frequently participated in international transfer pricing meetings organised as part of the Fiscalis programme with representatives of the Austrian, British, German, Italian and other  governments and represented the Polish Tax Administration during the World Bank Conference (Vienna 2015). He is the co-creator of internal guidelines for administration and he has helped to formulate internal instructions for transfer pricing control. He is also the author of press and book publications including ”Ceny transferowe. Protokół kontroli” released by the Wolters Kluwer Polska publishing house. Adam is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. ​
