CRIDO, a leading Polish consulting firm, has announced the appointment of two new partners: Katarzyna Witkowska, head of the litigation and white collar crime practice in the Legal Advisory team, and Leszek Bogucki, head of the Financial Modelling and Valuation team. In addition to the two new partners, over 150 people were promoted.

Starting in January 2023, CRIDO has two new partners: Katarzyna Witkowska and Leszek Bogucki. Katarzyna Witkowska, a partner in the Legal Advisory team, is a recognised specialist in business and civil law litigation as well as economic crime. She has dealt with litigations in many markets (including real estate and capital). Her experience includes disputes both in Poland and abroad.

Leszek Bogucki, in turn, is an expert in the valuation of shares, stocks, organised parts of enterprises, and tangible assets, including: contracts, client bases, or trademarks. He also specialises in creating and verifying financial models for transactions, management decisions, and obtaining commercial and preferential financing. He was appointed partner in the financial modelling and valuation team.

“We are happy to welcome Katarzyna and Leszek as new partners. They have been associated with CRIDO for many years.  Their promotions are well deserved and result from a number of successful projects, excellent collaboration in interdisciplinary teams, as well as knowledge of the market and client expectations. We are proud to have such committed and talented people on the CRIDO team,” says Andrzej Puncewicz, managing partner at CRIDO.

In addition to the two new partners, over 30 people have been promoted to managerial positions. In total, in the beginning of 2023 CRIDO saw the promotion of more than 150 people working in the legal, tax, business and technology, litigation, business and innovation, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and support teams.

“2023 will be a period of economic slowdown and high volatility, which makes it a challenging time for business. With all this in mind, entrepreneurs will be seeking a stable and reliable partner who will not only comprehensively advise them in their current business activities but also identify risks and growth prospects. Promotions and personnel transfers in our organisation are a response to the growing and changing needs of our Clients,” says Andrzej Puncewicz.

“Since CRIDO’s founding, we have attached great importance to activities supporting the development of our team. With this in mind, we have built a dedicated group of 370 people who have the trust of both us and our Clients. Our sincere congratulations to all who got the promotion,”- added Andrzej Puncewicz.
