CRIDO's interdisciplinary team of corporate finance and financial due diligence experts, lawyers, and tax advisors provided comprehensive support for the Dr Irena Eris Group in the acquisition of a 100% stake in Przedsiębiorstwo Farmaceutyczne Sulphur Zdrój Exim Sp. z o.o.
The expansion of the Dr Irena Eris Group by Sulphur is yet another step on the path to implementing the Group’s business strategy that involves increasing the scale of operations through, among other things, acquiring pharmaceutical and cosmetics targets. Sulphur’s previous owners decided to sell 100% shares in their company to the Dr Irena Eris Group.
CRIDO’s team was responsible for ongoing Corporate Finance consulting for the buyer, supporting the legal, tax, and financial due diligence of the target, and providing comprehensive legal and tax consulting in the course of negotiating transaction documentation.
