What’s going to change?

Investment Agreement, is a new mechanism for securing the tax treatment of investments planned or initiated by investor or group of investors.

The new instrument – concluded directly with the Minister of Finance – is intended to ensure a comprehensive assessment of the tax implications of a planned investment: it combines protection resulting from five independent tax safety mechanism r in a single document.

The instrument is available for both Polish and foreign investors.
