Jakub Daniluk

Jakub specializes in the field of transfer pricing. During his professional career he has advised clients from domestic and foreign capital groups operating in, among others, real estate, financial, telecommunications, construction materials and retail sectors. ​​ He carries out numerous transfer pricing projects, including preparation of transfer pricing policies and documentations, applications for advance pricing agreements (APA), defense files for intragroup transaction flows, benchmarking analysis for various transactions between related entities such as sale of goods, provision of services, financial transactions and transactions involving intangible assets. He also assists clients in tax audits and court proceedings. ​​ Jakub started his career in tax advisory in 2013. From the very beginning he has been working in the tax advisory department at CRIDO. ​​ Jakub graduated from Szkoła Główna Handlowa in Warsaw (Warsaw School of Economics) where he got a degree in finance and accounting. He is a certified tax advisor. ​
