Adrian Stępień

Adrian is a tax advisor and partner in the Tax Litigation Team at CRIDO. Adrian has many years of experience in representing taxpayers before tax authorities, provincial administrative courts and the Supreme Administrative Court. He specializes in income tax disputes, in particular related to transformations, transaction structuring, tax planning and transfer pricing. He has successfully represented clients in complex, often precedential disputes, including appeal proceedings before the Supreme Administrative where the amount in dispute exceeded PLN 100 million.​
