Avenger Flight Group: the full life cycle of a joint venture (JV) – from its formation with a Polish partner, through ongoing legal support in respect of all of the aspects of the business, to the finalization of the sale of the shareholder's shares
Foreign renewable energy group: strategic spin-off and the sale of a non-core service business
Foreign investment fund: comprehensive legal advice for a retail client that included:
- the renegotiation of a loan agreement (collateral documents and a loan agreement with a total loan value of PLN 150,000,000)
- the merger of two companies operating electronic equipment sales networks
