She advises on the day-to-day corporate services of companies.
She specializes in commercial law and civil law.
She conducts due diligence processes (which includes being responsible for coordinating investigations of foreign entities), prepares and participates in the negotiation of transaction documentation, and supports clients post-closing.
She is currently in the midst of her legal training at the Warsaw Bar Association.
