In her daily work, she advises clients at all stages of each process, conducts due diligence processes, supports clients in negotiations, with the preparation of documentation, and post-closing actions.
She participates in advising on international and domestic M&A transactions, and supports foreign entrepreneurs in doing business in Poland.
