  • Leading German bank: financing documentation concerning the change of the corporate structure for financing the acquisition of a Warsaw shopping center
  • ABN AMRO: the Polish aspects of a financing deal for Dutch group SanoRice
  • AURELIUS: the Polish part of a deal to simultaneously acquire two international distributors of dental products - dental bauer and Pluradent
  • ZFP INVESTMENTS: acquisition of an office property in Warsaw at ul. 24 Woloska from Ghelamco Group companies.
