The latest events give sleepless nights not only to the citizens of Ukraine, but also to their friends and colleagues from all over the world. The uncertainty associated with the escalation of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict also raises many legal problems, requiring the help of specialists.

As a consulting company, we would like to support not only the Ukrainian community but also entrepreneurs who run their business in the endangered territory. We are pleased to invite you to a free webinar on March 15 this year at 11:00, during which we will talk about immigration and customs issues, the current situation of entrepreneurs and employees, and issues related to the temporary relocation of activities to Poland (which in the event of further escalation of the conflict may be necessary to maintain operational continuity).

During the meeting, we will discuss the following issues:

  1. Immigration issues
  • Entry and stay of Ukrainian citizens on the territory of Poland;
  • Legalization of employment – a step-by-step guide to how to hire a citizen of Ukraine ?
  • International protection - how to apply for it?
  1. Transfer of operations to Poland
  • Under what legal form can entrepreneurs from Ukraine operate in Poland? How to set up a business in Poland?
  • How to prepare for temporary relocation of activities;
  • Is it possible to obtain funding to start / transfer activities and to subsidize the employment of refugees (public aid)?
  1. Customs issues
  • Application of origin preferences - is it still possible to benefit from reduced tariffs on goods from Ukraine?
  • Duty relief for returned goods;
  • Duty waiver for personal property carried to the EU.

Participation in the webinar is free of charge. The number of places is limited.
