- preparing, negotiating and bringing about the closure of lease contracts (in both the commercialization and the recommercialization phases of the facility);
- on-going support regarding already concluded lease contracts (negotiating annexes, handling correspondence with tenants, assistance regarding resolving claims of tenants and other “difficult matters” in relations with the tenants, advice on enforcing payment from tenants, including with the use of bank guarantees, sureties and other forms of security);
- legal advise regarding the optimization of the costs related to the real estate (perpetual usufruct fees);
