We did it! Another HR Quality Award for CRIDO!

CRIDO has once again been recognized within the HR Quality Certification — a program carried out by the Association of HR Practitioners, bringing together over 200 employers in Poland. This is a great distinction for us and a confirmation that our HR processes meet the highest standards.

This year's edition placed particular emphasis on the effectiveness of the HR function and its real impact on the organization. That makes this recognition even more meaningful — it confirms that our work matters and supports the development of the entire firm. We were also acknowledged for our openness, engagement and partnership-oriented approach. It’s an important signal that HR at CRIDO is developing consciously and plays a key role in the organization.
